SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

Applications uploaded to VK Video are accepted for consideration

Make sure that you have opened access to the video using the link, and do not delete the video until the day of the festival.
If there is no access to the application, the team will not be accepted automatically.
If the application is open to everyone, it will not be considered.

- The name of your application: team name - number name

- The quality of the application must be HD (1080) or higher.

- The duration of the number should not exceed 6 minutes (including intro / outro / splash screen)

- The video must be horizontal.

- The video must have good lighting. Videos shot in darkness, neon halls, or with dim lighting will not be considered.

- The video must be shot statically, not from the floor, not in a mirror, without cuts, and with any extra pieces cut out.

- Applications shot: as in public, clips, moving camera, in a mirror or from the side, with editing, on performance - will not be considered.

- The video must show ALL members of the project, including the backup dancers. If the entire group does not fit in the frame, your application will not be considered.

- The performance and lip-syncing should also be visible on the application.

- Please avoid having any random people in the frame.

The final performance should strictly follow the accepted application in terms of timing and the number of people.
Adding intro / outro / breaks / backup after reviewing the applications is not allowed.
We monitor this and may remove you from the program if we see any discrepancies with the material we received.

The performance should be shown exactly as we allowed it to the festival.
Not knowing the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.

ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES

Restrictions on room crossings

MOSCOW:
One person can only participate in the festival TWICE in one block. (dancing/singing)

OTHER CITIES:
One person can only participate in the festival in THREE rooms of one block. (dancing/singing)
Please keep this in mind when preparing for the festival.

- If a team does not meet the deadlines for confirming participation, paying the registration fee, uploading tracks, or providing other necessary information, the team will be removed from the festival and their place will be given to the next team on the long list.

- If a team does not respond to the program placement by the specified deadline, the organizers reserve the right to determine the team's performance order without any changes.

- If the organizers are unable to accommodate all teams' program preferences, the program order will be determined based on the team's performance.

- If a team does not register for a run, they can only run on the site if there are available time slots. If there are no available time slots, the team will be denied a run.
The run time is determined by the organizers based on the queue, but we will try to give everyone as much time as possible.

- Non-competitive performances are paid at the same rate as regular performances and are considered a ticket to the event. However, not all festivals offer the option of including a non-competitive performance.

- Please avoid choosing costumes that are too revealing. The organizers may ask participants to modify their costumes. Please note that our festival has an age limit of 12+.

- The video intro must be submitted with the music already embedded, not separately, in the following format:
team name - band (artist) name - track name.

- The festival does not accept entries that have won prizes (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the jury's and audience's votes) at any event that involved a competitive basis, whether it was an internal school festival or a large-scale festival.
